Haven & Company will look at your space with a buyers eye and make your home appealing to the target demographic and lifestyle of potential buyers.
Initial Consultation: $150
Haven & Company will meet and discuss your goals and expectations on how you can receive the maximum return on your investment. During this time we will educate you on the home staging process as we walk through your home with the eyes of a potential buyer. We will identify your home's assets, discuss needs for additional furnishings and/or accessories, and demonstrate how to de-clutter and
de-personalize. This will help to achieve a better overall flow. You will get a thorough proposal emailed within 24 hours, highlighting all information discussed as well as any additional services needed to prepare the home to be market ready. Please allow 1-2 hours for initial consultation.
Hands-on Staging: $80 per hour (2 hr minimum)
For the busy homeowner who doesn't have time to complete the provided to-do list, Haven & Company will come in and transform your home to be open house ready. We will do the work necessary to showcase your home using your own furnishings, artwork and accessories. If needed, we will provide additional décor to compliment the overall space, and highlight your homes best features.

Vacant Properties: starts at $2000 (price varies based on property)
With only 10% of buyers able to envision a space in its true potential, 90% of people will more than likely overlook a vacant property. Homes without furnishings are the hardest to sell, which is why staging is essential to the selling process. Haven & Company will work with you to create a plan within your budget for furnishings and décor that are necessary to stage the home. In most cases rooms of focus will include the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and all bathrooms. All moving expenses, setup and de-staging are included with your quoted price.
